Before and after photos/videos will be taken at the start and completion of each job for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes.
If any additional work is identified during the visit that falls outside the agreed quotation, this will be discussed with the customer and approved before any extra work is undertaken.
All garden waste and debris generated during the service will be bagged and left on-site for customer disposal unless a waste removal service has been agreed.
Waste removal is charged separately on a per-run basis and must be added to the booking before disposal can take place.
